About us

Pro Optika is an Estonian-owned family company that was created with the goal of helping people improve their eyesight. The dedicated optics enthusiasts who work at Pro Optika today are the third generation to do so.

The company opened its first optics store in Võru in 1991 . In the early days, it focused mostly on serving people in Southern Estonia, and this soon led to the opening of further stores in Valga and Põlva. About a decade later, Pro Optika expanded to Tallinn, where today it has seven stores.
Pro Optika is now found in ten Estonian towns: Tallinn, Tartu, Põlva, Pärnu, Valga, Viljandi, Rakvere, Jõgeva, Jõhvi and Võru, with 18 stores in total.

Pro Optika’s stores are focused on high-quality, personal service, which is why a lot of attention is paid to choosing and training our staff. After all, optometry and optics are exacting sciences – to become a specialist in the field takes years. Customer-centred service is also supported by a wide range of products which is improved by participating in the largest European optics fairs in Paris and Milan.
