What to do if a product does not fit?

If you have ordered sunglasses or eyeglass frames, the 14-day right to return applies. If you have purchased a set (frames + lenses), then you should contact us by e-mail [email protected] or by phone+372 644 0055. We will try to find a solution.
If you don’t feel comfortable with your ordered frames or lenses, we can offer product exchange. Should an eyeglass prescription be unsuitable, we can perform a new eye examination. Contact lenses ordered on the basis of wrong prescription can be exchanged if their packaging has not been opened.
